Returns & Refunds Policy
At Women Who Hunt, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from our shop.
Each handmade deer antler necklace is unique, and the item pictured is the exact item being sold. Natural colour, markings, shape and texture will vary between pieces.
Change of mind returns
Because our handmade antler necklaces are one-of-a-kind items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please review the product photos, description, measurements and details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order details
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Return shipping
If a return is required due to a fault, damage, or an incorrect item, we will provide return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Damage caused after delivery
- Normal variations in natural antler colour, shape, texture or markings
- Items that have been worn, altered or damaged by the customer
